Chandelières Blanc
The 4 hectares of grape vines of Les Chandelières (commune of Menetou-Salon), facing due east, were planted half in pinot noir and half in sauvignon between 1975 and 1978, on clayey-limestone terroirs of the Kimmeridgian: the white lands.
Vinification
This wine is aged for 22 months in a stainless-steel tank on fine lees.
Tonicity of sauvignon, body and elegance from the aging, depth and volume. Great aromatic complexity.
Food and wine pairing
This white menetou-salon, extremely well-structured, will fully express itself just as well with the classics of French cuisine (bouchées à la reine, seafood gratin, blanquette of veal) as with sautéed vegetables and Asian dishes.
Available in magnums.
