The robe is an attractive ruby red, with violet hues. The bouquet confirms the promise of the eye, with a subtle pallet of red fruits and strong mineral freshness. Mouthfeel is ample and rounded, without aggressiveness. The mineral character reveals softly.
This wine, polished by the land, has reached a perfect balance. We can expect that any bottles forgotten at the back of the cellar will improve over the years.
It will be the perfect accompaniment for red meats, sauce-based dishes, fresh cheeses.
Serve at 15 – 16°C.
