Chandelières, Davet
The Chandelières vineyard was planted by Jean-Paul and Bernadette Gilbert between 1974 and 1976. This 10-acre plot facing east produces sauvignons and pinots in equal measure. The Davet vines have been in the family from the beginning. The present vineyard was planted in the early 1990s. The vineyard is partly grassed over, which has the effect of naturally limiting the vigour of the vines.
